OVERVIEW

We offer a door to dumpster service that is seamless and easy for all of our customers. Garbage Guys will provide a thirteen gallon garbage pail with a lid to the entire community, with your choice of color between white(most common) black and grey to keep things uniform at all properties we do not suggest letting tenants place their own garbage pails out front, but it is an option. Trash will never be placed outside during leasing hours. All garbage is to be placed outside of front door on the side opposite any stairway, between the hours of 6pm-8pm M-F and pick will start promptly after. We ask that one bag be tied tightly and lids be closed, if one bag is not possible, a second bag must be placed on top of first bag inside of bin so that no bags or on the ground. All recycle is to be placed in bin if possible beside trash can and will be picked up as well.  All garbage pails are to be placed back inside the next morning before 9am.  We provide a reminder calendar and specific guidelines along with pal before service begins to ensure that all tenants are aware of the rules and can keep track of pick up times and be aware of any blackout dates.  Blackout dates are strictly set for all Federal Holidays. Garbage Guys performs an initial and bi-annual power washing of all common areas specified by property management to insure a clean and sanitary breeze way. Garbage Guys also sanitizes all garbage pails once a week to avoid odor and promote a sanitary and odor free breeze way.

ENSURANCE/SAFTEY

In addition, Garbage Guys keeps a log and leaves warnings for any tenant who violates the rules, such as garbage pail not removed by morning, bags left on the ground etc., also and more important to your complex and its residents all Garbage Guys are trained to log and report any suspicious activity they witness and will call the necessary authorities if they witness any illegal activity. All Garbage Guys employees wear a uniform with logo.  All Garbage Guys employees have background checks ran before employment to ensure the safest and best service to all of our clients.

IMPLEMENTATION 

Implementing our service is easy, you just give us a start date and we do the rest.  We will coordinate with property management on best methods of implantation such as best times to start and finish service, also and instructions on dumpster areas,  layouts and usage. Cost to implement is $0.00. Payment for our services is evaluated on a per unit scale, but there will be no payment due until the end of the first month of service and then at the end of every month thereafter.
